My name is Carles Lázaro (Barcelona). I live and express myself through filming. Maybe that is because since I was very young, I was passionate about the idea of art as a whole. Directing documentaries, music videos, short films, commercials, oil painting, teaching and the world of interpretative arts, acting form a very young age, all mingle in the concept of directing, to which I have dedicated myself during the last 30 years.
I have worked internationally with some of the most distinguished agencies and production houses in the world such as Rodar y Rodar, Nine to Five, Fandango Films and Producciones Oxígeno. These collaborations have led me to be awarded at many ad festivals.
One of my recent projects in the film industry has been The Society of the Snow from director J.A. Bayona as Second Unit Director.

Mi nombre es Carles Lázaro (Barcelona). Vivo y me expreso rodando. Será porque desde muy pequeño me apasionó la idea del arte como un todo. La dirección de documentales, videoclips, cortometrajes, spots, pintar cuadros al óleo, dar clases y el mundo de la interpretación a muy temprana edad, se entremezclan en el concepto de la dirección a la que me dedico desde hace 30 años.
He trabajado internacionalmente con algunas de las agencias y productoras más destacadas como Rodar y Rodar, Nine to Five, Fandango Films o Producciones Oxígeno.
Estas estrechas colaboraciones en equipo me han llevado a estar premiado en festivales.
Uno de mis recientes proyectos en cine ha sido el de Director de Segunda Unidad en la película La Sociedad de la nieve de J.A. Bayona.
Vivir rodando viviendo el arte. Apasionado por seguir aprendiendo, contando y compartiendo historias.
